摘 要:以塔里木吉拉克三叠系砂岩储层为对象,研究了粘土矿物对油层的损害。结果表明,该储层中的粘土矿物对外界流体的矿化度很敏感,矿化度高于或低于地层水的外界流体都会使粘土矿物发生膨胀、分散或脱水破裂脱落,造成油层损害。对5种国产阳离子聚合物粘土稳定剂的性能进行了评价,筛选出了适用于吉拉克地区保护油层的粘土稳定剂——BCS-851。Water and salt sensibility tests of the reservoir cores show that the clay minerals in triassic sandstone reservoir of Jilake Oil Field in Tarim Basin are very sensible to foreign fluids and the minerality of the formation water is rather high (2.15×10~5ppm). Flooding the cores with waters of decreasing (ralatively to the formation water) minerality causes gradual drop of core permeability arid with distilled water 77-96% drop is reached.More mineralized water (2.30×10~5ppm) is also harmful to the cores and results in permeability damage of 57-66%.Through a series of sieving tests on five cationic polymer clay stabilizers,commercil product BCS-851 is selected and recommended for use in this reservoir as being salt and calcium/magnesium tolerent,having strong anti-swelling capacity (in 0.5% solution) and being stable in 0.5% solution at temperat- ures up to 120℃.
