摘 要:将所研制的阴离子-阳离子复合表面活性剂与不同非离子表面活性剂及其它助剂复配,制成了ZA系列助排剂,考察了这些助排剂的表面活性、在岩芯上的吸附损耗及其对羟丙基田菁胶压裂液粘度和滤失性的影响,报导了在中原油田高温低渗透地层压裂施工中成功应用的实例。Back-flow improvers of ZA series for hydrofracturing fluids are the surfactant systems composed of a combined anionic-cationic surfactant complex, a nonionic surfactant, and a solutizer (ZA-aB) or a cosurfactant (ZA-3S) or a cosurfactant plus organic solvent(s) (ZA-3). The surface and interfacial (with kerosin) tensions of 0.1%0 aqueous solutions at ambient temperature are 24.4 and 1.5, 25.2 and 1.3, and 29.8 and 3.0mN/m, respectively, and change only slightly in wide pH range. ZA-3 practically maintains its surface activity after solution being thermally treated 8 hrs at 130℃ or being flown through artificial cores, exerts no passitive influence on either gel vicosity or HTHP water loss (on borax-crosslinked hydroxylated Tianqing gum solution). In field tests on fracturing 17 wells with temperature ranged 95—155℃ in Zhongyuan Oil Fields, use of back-flow improver ZA-3 has significantly inhanced load water recovery after fracturing operations.
