BSA系统检测隐孢子虫病患者外周血T细胞亚群及mIL-2R

摘　　要：目的　探讨隐孢子虫病患者细胞免疫功能的变化。方法　采用生物素 -链霉亲和素 (BSA)法对卵囊阳性患者分别进行外周血T细胞亚群、膜白介素 - 2受体 (mIL - 2R)检测。结果　隐孢子虫卵囊阳性者CD+ 3 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 和CD4 + /CD8+ 阳性百分率分别为 6 5 83± 6 5 5 %、4 3 5 5± 6 10 %、2 8 4 3± 4 32 %和 1 5 8± 0 32 ,静息期与诱导期mIL - 2R表达水平分别为 2 92± 1 0 6 %和 33 4 5± 2 31% ;隐孢子虫卵囊阴性者CD+ 3 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 和CD4 + /CD8+ 阳性百分率分别为 5 5 87±7 2 3%、39 2 6± 6 4 3%、30 0 4± 5 6 7%和 1 36± 0 4 1,静息期与诱导期mIL - 2R表达水平分别为 4 31± 1 4 7%和 35 4 1±3 12 % ,两者相比 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。结论　隐孢子虫感染与细胞免疫功能密切相关 ,T细胞亚群、mIL - 2R在抗隐孢子虫感染中起重要作用。Aim To explore the change of cellular immune function in the patients infected by Cryptosporidium parvum.Methods Biotin-Streptavidin(BSA)and ELISA were used to detect T subsets and membrane interleukin-2 receptor(mIL-2R)in peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC)of the patients infected by Cryptosporidium parvum respectively.Results The positive rates of CD+ 3,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the patients whose stools were found Cryptosporidium parvum oocyst were 65.83±6.55%,43.55±6.10%,28.43±4.32% and 1.58±0.32 respectively,and the level of mIL-2R in silence and induction phage Was 2.92±1.06% and 33.45±2.31% respectively.On the other hand,the positive rates of CD+ 3?CD4+?CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the patients whose stools were not found Cryptosporidium parvum oocyst Was 55.87±7.23%,39.26±6.43%,30.04±5.67% and 1.36±0.41% respectively,and the level of mIL-2R in silence and induction were 4.31±1.47% and 35.41±3.12% respectively.After statistical analysis,the difference was significant(P<0.05～0.01).Conclusions In the patients infected by Cryptosporidium parvum,cellular immune participate resisting the parasite,and T subsets and mIL-2 plays an important role.
