摘　　要：目的　观察TRAIL与 5 Fu联合应用对结肠癌SW 480细胞的作用。方法　采用MTT法检测TRAIL与 5 Fu联合应用对结肠癌SW 480细胞存活分数的影响 ;TUNEL法检测TRAIL与 5 Fu联合应用对结肠癌SW 480细胞凋亡率的影响。结果　MTT法证实 3 0～ 3 0 0ng ml的TRAIL与 3 0mmol L 5 Fu联合应用对结肠癌SW 480细胞存活分数的影响有协同作用 ,TUNEL法表明 3 0mmol L 5 Fu可显著增强TRAIL诱导结肠癌SW 480细胞凋亡的作用。结论　 5 Fu可提高结肠癌SW 480细胞对TRAIL的敏感性。Objective To study the anti tumor effect of combination of TRAIL and 5 Fu on colon cancer cell line SW480 Methods The survival fraction of SW480 cells was measured by MTT assay and apoptosis rate was determined by TUNEL method Results A cooperative effect of 30～300 ng/ml TRAIL and 3 0 mmol/L 5 Fu on survival fraction of SW480 cells was found TUNEL revealed that 3 0 mmol/L 5 Fu could enhance TRAIL induced apoptosis of colon cancer cell line SW480 Conclusion The sensitivity of colon cancer cell line SW480 to TRAIL mediated apoptosis is improved by 5 Fu
