依西美坦片治疗绝经妇女晚期乳癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :评价依西美坦片治疗绝经后复发或 (和 )转移性乳癌的近期疗效、不良反应和对血清雌二醇 (E2 )水平的抑制 .方法 :采用开放、非对照方法 ,对 19例复发或转移乳腺癌患者 ,每日口服依西美坦 2 5mg,连续 4wk为 1周期 .结果 :全部 19例患者 ,1例全部缓解 (CR) ,3例部分缓解 (PR) ,10例病情稳定 (SD) ,5例病情进展 (PD) ,总有效率 4 /19.血清E2 水平监测 :3/19有效 ,2 /19无效 ,14 /19治疗前低于检测极限 ,治疗后没有升高 .不良反应集中在口干、胃部不适、恶心、乏力、面部潮热和头痛 ,但可以耐受 .结论 :依西美坦片对绝经后妇女复发转移性乳癌明确有效 。AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of exemestane in patients with relapsed and/or metastasized breast cancer and to obseve the tolerability and the level of serum estradiol following treatment with exemestane given daily to postmenopausal women with metastatic breast. METHODS: By using open label and non comparative trial, exemestane 25 mg orally was given daily to 19 postmenopausal women with advanced breast cancer, a four week oral medication was set as one circle. RESULTS: Regarding the clinical response, among the total 19 patients, 1 patient showed a complete remission (CR) and 3 were partial remission (PR), with an overall remission rate of 4/19. The monitoring of the level of serum estrogen 2 showed that out of the 19 cases, it decreased in 3 cases, no change in 2 cases and 14 of the 19 cases maintained the prior low level of estrogen 2 even after the treatment. Side effects mainly included dry mouth, epigastric distress, nausea, fatigue, face flush and headache, but they could be well tolerated. CONCLUSION: Exemestane is effective and well tolerated for postmenopausal women with advanced breast cancer.
