摘　　要：Hirowata等用3,4-二甲氧基苯酚与异戊二烯反应,在50％的硫酸催化下,得到色满衍生物1,1再用DDQ脱氢制得2,2-二甲基-7,8-二甲氧基色烯(2)。2, 2-dimethyl-7, 8-dihydroxychroman(3) was obtained by condensation of pyro-gallol with isoprene in the presence of orthophosphoric acid in 70% yield. 3 reacted with ex-cess acetic anhydride in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid gave 2, 2-dimethyl-7, 8-diacetoxychroman(4) in 88% yield. When 4 was treated with NBS in the presence of ben-zoyl peroxide the target compound, 2, 2-dimethyl-3, 4-dibromo-7, 8-diacetoxychromen(5) wasobtained in a yield of 65%. 5 was used for insect bio-activity test. By contact or topicalapplication 5 could inhibit feeding in 2 nd. 3 rd, 4 th. 5 th instar nymphs of Oxya Chinen-sis Thunberg (Orthoptera).
