摘　　要：目的　研究紫珠叶的化学成分。方法　利用柱色谱法进行分离 ,通过理化性质和IR ,NMR及MS光谱测定化合物结构。结果　分得 2个苯丙素类化合物 :( + ) 芝麻素 (Ⅰ ) ,阿克苷 (Ⅱ )和 1个三萜苷类化合物 :2α ,3α,19,2 4 四羟基 12 烯乌苏酸 2 8 O β D 葡萄糖苷 (Ⅲ )。 结论　 3个化合物均为首次从紫珠属植物中得到。OBJECTIVE; To study the constituents of Callicarpa bodinieri Levl. METHODS; The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel. The structures were identified by their physical, chemical properties and IR, UV and MS spectral data respectively. RESULTS; Three compounds were elucidated as (+)-sesamin(I), acteoside (II) and 2α, 3α, 19, 24-tetrahydroxy-12-en-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (III). CONCLUSION: All compounds were isolated from the Callicarpa genus for the first time.
