摘  要:通过室内药效测定和敌百虫对三角新小卷蛾乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制,研究了危害龙眼、荔枝的三角新小卷蛾幼虫对敌百虫的敏感性。结果表明,龙眼及荔枝三角新小卷蛾幼虫对敌百虫的敏感性无差异,但同种果树上的幼虫对不同浓度的敌百虫敏感性差异极显著,90%敌百虫800、1000倍液对危害龙眼的老熟幼虫乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制率为75.85%、50.00%,对危害荔枝的老熟幼虫乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制率为73.19%、49.94%。The sensitivities of Olethreutes leucaspis Meyrick larvae on longan and litchi to dipterex were studied by measuring the inhibitory effect of dipterex on acetycholinesterase (AchE) of O. leucaspis in the laboratory. The results showed that the sensitivity of O. leucapis larvae on longan and litchi trees to dipterex made no difference, but the sensitivity of O. leucaspis larvae on longan or litchi to difference concentrations of dipterex was significantly different. The average adjusted death rates caused by 800x and 1000x solution of dipterex to O. leucaspis larvae on longan after 7 days were 78.25% and 56.00%, respectively. Whereas the rates on litchi trees were 76.99% and 54.78%, respectively. The inhibition ractes of 800x and 1000x sloutions of dipterex to AchE of mature O. leucaspis larvae on longan trees were 75. 85% and 50.00% , respectively. Whereas the inhibition rates on litchi trees were 73.19% and 49.94% , respectively. It was suggested that the 800x solution of dipterex was better for control of O. leucaspis on longan and litchi trees.
