摘 要:为了解决油、气金属管道上补口处的防腐问题 ,研制一种性能优良并能达到密封要求的特种胶粘剂。选用多种单体对苯乙烯 -丁二烯 -苯乙烯 (SBS)进行自由基接枝聚合,合成了热熔压敏胶粘剂。分析讨论了胶粘剂组成及各成分相互关系 ,并对增粘树脂含量和反应时间对胶粘剂粘接强度的影响进行了研究。结果表明 ,在一定的单体配比条件下 ,增粘树脂含量为60%~80%、反应时间约为1.5h时 ,制得的热熔压敏胶粘剂粘接性能较好。According to technique requests of anticorrosion of pipeline tie-in and characteristic of polyole-fine,kinds of comonomers were added to graft with SBS,new hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives were developed.After analyzing the constitution of the adhesive and relationships of them.And effects of resin content and time on reaction were studied with trials.Experimental results indicate that bond strength of the adhesive is the best when resin content is sixty to eighty percent and time on reaction is one and half an hour on condition that the ratio of comonomers are fixed.
