摘　　要：针对繁忙干线在实施提速改线工程中普遍存在施工要求限速与运输要求畅通的突出矛盾,提出了较大幅度提高提速改线段线路开通允许速度和短时间内恢复常速的一系列技术对策。In the view of contradiction between construction-required speed limit and transportation-required smooth traffic on trunk lines with heavy traffic during the speed-up reconstruction period, the essay brings forward a series of technical countermeasures of increasing allowable speed on speed-up and improved alignment line at opening period, as well as recovering the normal speed in a shorter time.
