摘　　要：本文简述了导读工作的重要性 ,分析在新的形势下医院图书馆导读工作出现的新特点 ,探讨今后做好导读工作的措施和途径。This paper discussed the importance of directing read,to analyse the new characteristic of hospital library directing read under the new situation,and to discuss the step and the method of directing read from now on.
