摘  要:目的 了解近年来国内外有关大学生心理应激源评定的常用方法 ,评定工具的编制和应用的现状。方法 采用文献研究法回顾分析国内外有关大学生心理应激的文献。结果 相关文献中 ,国内学者对在校大学生群体进行心理应激水平的评定和应激源的甄别时 ,常用的方法仍然是问卷调查和历史资料回顾 ;国外学者则普遍使用心理测验的手段了解大学生生活应激及其对大学生心理健康的影响。结论 建立具有良好信度、效度的大学生心理应激源评定工具已逐步得到国内业内人士的关注和重视 ,但评定量表的推广使用和及时修订尚有待进一步加强。Objective To find out common assessment measures as well as the production and application of the scales on undergraduated students' psychological stressors inland and abroad in recent years.Methods To give a general analysis to the study of the undergraduated students' stressors by reviewing the domestic and overseas articles.Results By analyzing the related articles,it is implied that the domestic reserachers used to apply questionnaires and review historical data when assessing the level of the undergraduated students' psychological stress and discriminating the stressors,which most of the overseas researchers make use of psychological tests to evaluate the influence of the stress on the students' mental health.Conclusion Although it has been thought much to establish some scales with good reliability and validity on the assessment of the undergraduated students' psychological stressors by the domestic experts progressively,it needs more attention to generalize and edit them in time.
