摘　　要：通过分析影响中板定尺收集的各种因素 ,及时改造 ,完善定尺收集工艺 ,挽救了部分有缺陷、需要处理的钢板 ,提高了定尺率。Timely modificatian and perfection of cut-to-length collecting process are carried out by making an analysis of various factors affecting cut-to-length collecting process for medium plate,some plates which are defective and need to be tackled have been remedied,cut-to-length ratio is improved.
