摘　　要：我国现行政治体制存在的某些弊端和漏洞是导致当代中国腐败现象滋生蔓延的首要原因。因此,创新政治体制就必然成为我国当前和今后防范和根治腐败现象的治本之策。然而,要将这一治本之策真正落到实处,就必须认真改革和完善中国共产党的执政方式。Loopholes and some abuses of the current political system are the chief reasons that cause present Chinese corruption phenomenon. Therefore, creation political system will inevitably become our country current guard against and cure in the future the plan of corruption phenomenon that effects a permanent cure. However, this plan effects a permanent cure which should le corried out, must reform and perfect the way of being in power of the Communist Party of China carefully.
