摘　　要：文中采用同等产量节水和同等水量增产的计算方法,主要对我省农田覆盖(包括地膜和秸秆)技术的节水增产效果和投入产出做了详细的分析;对生物节水技术、化学调控技术的应用效果进行了调查;并在采取工程节水措施的基础上对我省农艺技术节水增产潜力进行了估算。In the paper, calculation procedures of water-saving in the same production and increase production in the same water consumption are adopted to analyze concretely the water-saving and increase production of farm mulching technology and input output. The application effect of biological water-saving technology, chemical regulation and control technology are investigated. Based on the strategy of engineering water-saving, the potential of water-saving and increase production is evaluated.
