摘　　要：精益生产的发展在中国制造业现代化发展中十分重要。新世纪以来 ,工厂企业对发展精益生产的需求大大提高了。文章介绍了精益生产的发展 ,并从一个工厂企业改造 ,论述如何一步步地实施精益生产改造。Developing lean production is a very important thing for the modernization of Chinese manufacturing industry. During the new century the needs for lean production in enterprises and factories are getting higher. In this paper, the development of lean production is introduced and the way of 'Implementing technical reform for Lean Production in an enterprise or a factory'.
