摘　　要：重庆城市基础地理信息系统建设的内容主要包括:数据体系、运行平台、服务体系、安全体系和标准体系。基础地理信息系统的应用可以概括为3个层面,即政府、企业和社会化应用,主要表现在城市规划管理、救灾应急指挥、生态与环保、城市资源管理以及国民经济空间辅助决策支持等方面。指出了重庆城市基础地理信息系统的建设和应用发展方向———建设重庆市空间信息共享平台的初步构想。The Chongqing urban fundamental geographic information system includes following parts: the GIS platform, data infrastructure, service infrastructure, security system, and standard system. The applications of the system can be grouped into three main areas: government applications, enterprise applications and socialization applications. The main applications include urban planning management, emergency handing, ecosystem and environment protection, city resource management and civil economy spatial decision-making support. The construction and application development of the Chongqing urban fundamental geographic information system is part of the construction of the Chongqing spatial information sharing platform.
