摘　　要：东突厥汗国灭亡后,对于其数十万降户的安置问题史料记载多处有歧异。本文在梳理史料的基础上,考证了唐初运用羁縻府州制安置和管理突厥降户的具体实施过程,并肯定了这种做法的积极作用。The historical documents have controversial views about the hundreds of thousands of the Dongtujuehan families who surrendered to the Tang Dynasty after the Dongtujuehan Kingdom had collapsed. Through a systemic study of the relevant historical data, the author discusses the appeasement policy for their settlement at the prefectural level and the actual measures in the early Tang Dynasty, and concludes that this policy had its positive effects.
