摘　　要：目的 :研究益寿胶囊中淫羊藿总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法 :样品用聚酰胺前处理 ,采用紫外分光光度法 ,在 2 70nm处测定。结果 :线性范围为 1.3 8μg～ 17.94μg,r=0 .9994,加样回收率为 97.2 %。 RSD为 1.0 6%。结论 :该方法简便 。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the content of epimedium flavonoids in Yishou Capsules.Methods:The sample was pretreated with polyamide.The total content of epimedium flavonoids was determined by UV at 270 nm. Results:Icariin sample size showed a good linear relations hip at the range of 1.38～17.94 μg/ml,r= 0.999 4 .The average recovery o f the added sample was 97.2% and RSD was 1.06%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate.
