川芎嗪对严重烫伤大鼠脑、心、肾的保护作用机制

摘　　要：为了观察严重烫伤大鼠脑、心、肾组织ATP酶 (ATPase)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)、丙二醛 (MDA)的变化及川芎嗪的防治效果 ,大鼠用 10 0℃热烫伤并于 4、8、2 4、48h四个不同时相点取脑、心、肾组织测定观测值。结果发现川芎嗪对烫伤后ATPase、GSH Px、MDA的改变有一定的改善作用 ,说明川芎嗪可对烫伤后大鼠的脑、心、肾组织起到一定的保护作用。To observe the effects of ligustrazin on the contents of ATPase, GSH-Px, MDA in brain, heart and kidney of severely burned rats. Divide the rats were divided randornly into three groups. Tissue of brain, heart and kidney were gathered and homogenized respectively at 4, 8, 24, 48h after burn, and contents of ATPase, GSH-Px, MDA were assayed. The contents of ATPase, GSH-Px in brain, heart and kidney were progressively decreased while MDA obviously enhanced in comparison with that of normal group. After the treatment with ligustrazin, the contents of ATPase, GSH-Px were significantly higher but MDA lower than that of non-treated burned group. It is suggested ligustrazin have protective effects on brain, heart and kidney in burned rats.
