结石康胶囊抗尿路结石的作用

摘　　要：目的 :研究结石康抗尿路结石的作用。方法 :用乙二醇和氯化铵喂饲大鼠制备肾结石模型 ;用人尿路结石植入大鼠膀胱制备大鼠膀胱结石模型 ;结石康灌胃 2周 ,观察对肾结石大鼠的影响。结果 :结石康对肾结石大鼠肾组织含水量、肾结石程度、肾组织中草酸和钙离子含量均有明显降低作用 ,对大鼠植入性膀胱结石的形成有一定的抑制作用。结论 :结石康有较好的抗尿路结石的作用。Objective: To study the effects of Jieshikang capsule on urinary calculus. Methods: Calculus of kidney of rats was prepared by feeding feedstuff which obtained 2% glycol and 1% ammonium chloride for 4 weeks. Vesical calculus of rats was prepared by embedding calculus of human urinary system to bladder of rats.Three dosages of Jieshikang capsule were adiministrated intragastric for 2 weeks. It be observed influences of Jieshikang capsule on water content of kidney tissure, kidney calculus degree, oxalic acid and calcium ion content of kidney tissure in kidney calculus model and vesical calculus weight. Results:[WT5”BZ] Jieshikang capsule lower significantly water content of kidney tissure, kidney calculus degree, oxalic acid and calcium ion content of kidney tissure in kidney calculus model and inhibit increasing weight of vesical calculus. Conclusion:[WT5”BZ] It is considered that Jieshikang capsule could resist urinary calculus.
