摘　　要：目的 :研究凉血清营颗粒对炎症及迟发型超敏反应的影响。方法 :用新鲜鸡蛋清所致大鼠足爪水肿及羧甲基纤维素(CMC)所致大鼠背囊内白细胞聚集为抗炎模型 ;用 2 ,4,6 三硝基氯苯 (PC)及绵羊红血球 (SRBC)引致小鼠耳部或小鼠爪肿胀为迟发型超敏反应模型。结果 :凉血清营颗粒能明显抑制大鼠蛋清性足肿及CMC囊内白细胞聚集 ,还能显著抑制PC及SRBC所致小鼠迟发型超敏反应。结论 :凉血清营颗粒具有明显的抗炎及抗迟发型超敏反应作用。Objective: To study the effect of Liangxueqingying Granule (LQG), the novel prescription of Chinese Trditional Medicine for treat of hepersensitive deseases of skin, on inflammation and Delayed-type hepersensitive (DTH) reaction. Method: The effect of LQG on inflammation was evaluated with the models of rat paw edema induced by sc agg white and the leukocyte immigration in pouch of rat back induced by CMC; and the effect of LQG on DTH was investigeted using mice models of DTH induced by Picrol Chloride (PC) and sheep red blood cell (SRBC). LQG at dosages of 11g(crud medicinal materia)/kg, 22g/kg and 44g/kg were administrated orally. Results: LQG could significantly inhibit the paw swelling of rat induced by egg white and WBC immigration in pouch induced by CMC at the dose 22g/kg and 44g/kg respectively. LQG also could inhibite DTH induced by PC or SRBC, the degree of ear edema of mice sensitived by PC and the paw edema of mice sensitived by SRBC were decreased remarketly at dose of 22g/kg ig once day for 7 days. Conclusion: LQG prosseses significant effects of anti-inflammation and anti-DTH.
