摘　　要：2002年,财政部等五部委联合发布了《企业效绩评价操作细则(修订)》,此细则是对1999年财政部等四部委联合发布的《国有资本金效绩评价操作细则》的修订。修订后的评价指标、指标权数与修订前相比都存在改进,从而进一步完善了企业效绩评价方法,规范了企业经营效绩的评价行为,加强了对企业的监督管理。In 2002, Rules for the Operation of the Business Performance Evaluation (revised version) was issued by Ministry of Finance and other four ministries. It is revised from Rules for the Operation of the State-owned Capital Performance Evaluation issued in 1999 by Ministry of Finance and other three ministries. The evaluation index and the index flexible strategy are improved after the revision, which further perfect the business performance evaluation method, standardize the business operation evaluation and strengthen the monitoring and management of the business as well.
