摘  要:目的 探索医院工勤人员管理模式。方法 成立临床支持中心 ,将各科工勤人员集中管理 ,设立送检、护送、保洁和护工 4个小组 ,统筹调度 ,统一安排。结果 工作效率提高 ,服务成本降低。Objective To explore a management pattern of handymen in hospital.Method Our hospital set up a clinical supporting service center manage the different department hospital handymen together. We have established four groups: carrying specimens to labs,escorting patients,public hygiene and taking care of patients. All groups are under the unified arrangement and management of the service center.Result It turns out that working efficiency has been significantly improved and the cost of service has been greatly reduced.Conclusion The establishment of clinical supporting service center is helpful to the operation of overall medical-nursing service.
