摘　　要：分析了我国钢结构住宅的发展现状及优势 ,并结合国内几个典型的工程实例 ,对钢结构的应用作了进一步的阐述 。Based upon development trend and situations’ an alysis of the steel frame residential building in our country, combined with fiv e typical construction examples the application of steel structure is elaborated ; meanwhile, some suggestions are proposed for the development of multi-story s teel frame residential buildings.
