摘　　要：信息产业部2003年2月进行了以评选(招标)方式分配3.5GHz频段固定无线接入系统频率使用权的试点工作。这一举动表明了政府电信主管部门对宽带无线接入的支持。本文以宽带无线接入的一个国际标准IEEE 802.16为例,详细阐述了宽带无线接入的物理层规范。On Feb. 2003, ministry of information industry did some trial work on the allocation of 3.5GHz frequencies for fixed wireless access system by the way of public bidding. The action indicates that the relevant departments of government in charge of telecommunication support the development of broadband wireless access technology. In this article we describe the physical layer specification of IEEE 802.16, which is an international standard of broadband wireless access technology.
