摘　　要：EI是国际公认的权威检索工具,1991～2000年间,我国科技论文被EI收录的数量有了大幅度的提高,为进一步提高论文的收录率,首先要提高论文质量和水平,其次要按EI的要求规范论文的写作,第三要选择知名度较高、学术性较强、编辑标准化的刊物投稿;第四要创建一批国际水准的期刊。EI is an international authoritative well- known retrieval to ol, and the amount of sci- tech papers cited by EI has been greatly increased from 1991 to 2000. In order to further increase the citation rate of sci- tech paper s, the first is to improve the quality of the papers, the second is to write pap ers according to the standard set by EI, the third is to select the periodicals with higher notability, higher academic nature and higher editing standardizatio n to submit sci- tech papers, and the fourth is to create a batch of periodical s with international level.
