摘　　要：结合图书馆管理学、秘书学的基本理论,从高校图书馆办公室主任工作的特点和作用出发,对图书馆办公室主任的职责和任务进行了探讨。Connecting with the fundamental theories of the management and sec retary science, this paper probes into the responsibilities and tasks of the off ice director of the library starting from the features and functions of the work of the office director of the university library.
