摘　　要：揭露了企业企图逃避债务所采取的方法,从法律方面和非法律方面分析了产生逃债行为的原因,探讨了遏制企业改制重组中逃债现象的对策,预测了在破产立法方面中国法律的发展方向。This paper exposes the methods adopted by some enterprises try ing to avoid the debt, analyzes the causes why the activities of avoiding the debt o ccur form judicial and extrajudicial aspects, and probes into the countermeasure s for inhibiting the phenomenon of avoiding the debt in enterprises' system refo rm and reconstruction, and forecasts the developing direction of Chinese laws in aspect of bankrupt legislation.
