摘　　要：介绍了化肥的使用现状及对生态环境和人类健康的影响,对如何合理开发和利用化肥,发挥其在农业生产和保障人类健康与食品安全中的作用,以及防止造成环境污染等主题进行了详细的讨论,并提出了对策和建议。This paper introduces the impact of the application of chemica l fe rtilizer on ecological environment and human heath, makes detailed discussion on how to make rational development and utilization of chemical fertilizer, and gi ve full play to its active actions in agricultural production, human health and food safety, as well as how to avoid the environment pollution. And this paper p uts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for this issue.
