摘　　要：交通肇事逃逸案件的产生有主、客观两方面的原因。总结此类案件 ,有 9个特点 7种规律。要预防和侦破此类案件 ,需要领导的重视、组织机构的完善、严格的管理、快速的反应、科学技术的支持 ,要动员全社会的力量搞好综合治理。The case of escape from traffic accidents involves subjective and objective causes. It contains nine characteristics and seven regulations in concluding this kind of case. To prevent and investigate this kind of case needs leader's paying more attention to it, perfecting organizational agency, serious management, swift response and scientific support. It needs to call on all the strength of the society to do well in comprehensive management.
