摘  要:序言在用液态金属钠冷却的快中子增殖堆中,液态钠对系统结构材料的腐蚀作用有着和经典腐蚀概念不同的特点和现象。结构材料受液态钠腐蚀的类型为:均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀、相或组元的选择性溶解及两种材料之间的质量转移等。焊接是快堆制造中不可缺少的工艺,由于焊接加热和冷却速度快,焊缝发生化学冶金过程,焊后产生热影响及残余应力等特点。The microstructure change of 316 L weld and matrix in 550℃ static sodium after 1000h are studied with SEM, EDS, WDS and AES. The effects of stress on corrosion behaviour are also investigated. The results show, whether the weld suffered stress or not,a layer on weld surface is created after sodium corrosion and the layer peeled off at some area. The surface film consists of Cr_2O_3 mainly for specimen under stress,and carbide of Ca and Na_2O for specimen without stress. The selection solution of Cr appeares at δ/γ grain boundary and δ zone of weld after sodium corrosion,however the selection is rather serious for specimen under stress. The pitting appeares at matrix of specimen without stress, but IGC under stress.
