摘 要:该工作采用 Si(Au)面垒型高分辨率α谱仪和一纯 Pu 源及纯 Am,对^(241)Am/Pu α放射性比值的测定进行了实验研究,并建立了一种经验的计算公式。应用所建立的方法测定了1AW 高放废液中^(241)Am/Pu 的α放射性的比例,根据这个实验结果,再根据采用经效率校正的电离室所测定的各种样品的总α放射性,确定了各种废液中 Pu,Am 及其它核素的含量。Precise and accurate determination of ^(241)Am/Pu α activity ratio is of paraomount importance for calculating ^(241)Am in plutonium samples. A problem usually encountered in the α spectrometry is the tail contribution due to energy degradation of ^(241)Am peak (5. 486 MeV) to the low energy Pu(mainly ^(239)Pu 5. 155 MeV). A lot of computer programs are available for correcting this contribution. bjective of this work is to evolve a simple evaluation procedure to be used for computing the α activity ratios without resorting to complicated computer programs. The α activity ratios of pure ^(241)Am and pure Pu samples are determined by Si (Au) α spectrometer. And empirical formula of calculating the ratio is established. ^(241)Am/Pu α activity ratio in 1AW high level liquid waste samples are measured using this method. At the same time, α activity of these samples are measured by ionization chamber. Finally, concentration of Pu, Am and the other nuclides in various liquid wastes are determined.
