关于推行社区警务的几点思考

摘　　要：推行社区警务必须正确认识五个方面的关系。一是社区警务与政府的关系 ,政府对社区建设的重视是推进社区警务的前提 ;二是社区警务与我国现实的关系 ,推行社区警务战略是中国城市化的现实需要 ;三是社区警务与警务机制改革的关系 ,警务机制改革是社区警务得以正常推进的“发动机” ;四是社区警务与群众工作的关系 ,开展群众工作是成功推行社区警务的依托 ;五是社区警务与公安教育的关系 ,高素质的社区警察队伍是成功推行社区警务的必要条件。Five relationships must be understood in pursuing community policing: the first relationship is the community policing with government. Government attaching importance to community construction is the premise to advance community policing; the second is with our country's reality. Pursuing community policing strategy is the actual requirement of Chinese urbanization; the third is with the reform of policing mechanism .The reform of policing mechanism is the 'Engine' to advance community policing normally; the forth is with mass work .To launch mass work is the backing of pursuing community policing successfully; the fifth is with police education, high-quality community police ranks is the necessity to pursue community policing successfully.
