摘  要:以Na_2CO_3-H_3BO_3为助溶剂,用顶部籽晶法生长了14mm×8mm×2mm的Na_3Sm_2(BO_3)3晶体。差热分析(DTA)表明Na_3Sm_2(BO_3)_3非同成分熔融,熔点为1089.1℃。该晶体易溶于酸,在空气条件下能稳定存在,不易潮解。测量了室温下晶体在200~2500nm范围内的吸收光谱,并对跃迁能级进行了初步指认。The yellowish transparent single crystal of Na3Sm2(BO3)3 with dimensions of 14mm ×8mm×2mm was obtained from the Na2CO3-H3BO3 flux system using the top-seeded solution growth method. The suitable molar ratio of Na2CO3: H3BO3 turned out to be 1:2. The solute concentration about 30-50mol% and the growth temperature at 1000-1060℃ proved suitable for growing Na3Sm2(BO3)3 crystal. The differential thermal analysis (DTA) showed that Na3Sm2(BO3)3 is an incongruent compound and its melting point is 1089.1℃. Na3Sm2(BO3)3 crystal behaves anti-deliquescence, but can be dissolved in dilute acid. In 200-2500nm spectrum region, Na3Sm2(Bo3)3 crystal exhibits characteristic absorption of Sm3+ ions, and the absorption lines are assigned to the proper energy level transitions.
