摘  要:以菊花‘漫天飞舞’为试材,喷施B_9使植株显著矮化,叶片减少、变小、加厚。通过显微镜观测,发现B_9抑制茎的细胞分裂,使细胞数减少。喷施B_9后,叶绿素含量增加,呼吸强度提高,过氧化物酶活性增强。上述一系列变化,促使植株矮化、株型紧凑、生长茁壮,具有较高的观赏价值。Applying B_9 ( daminozide ) significantly reduced plant height, leaf area and number, but increased leaf thickness in Dendranthema morifolium 'Man Tian Fei Wu'.Microscopic observations revealed that B_9reduces cell number of stem by inhibiting cell division. It was also shown that application of B_9 increased chlorophyll content, respiration rate and peroxidase activity, resulting in the promotion of photosynthesis and metabolism as well as the inactivation of IAA. As a result, plant became short, compact and sturdy, having outstanding ornamental value.
