摘 要:花期缺钙诱导了番茄下部叶片的失绿、早衰及果实脐腐病的大量产生,这种变化较顶端附近叶片缺钙症状的出现为早。在生理生化上则表现为叶片叶绿素、蛋白质的降解和膜透性及内源ABA含量的增加;根系也发生相应的变化。缺钙阻止了叶片9kd蛋白组分的形成,而77kb蛋白组分则在缺钙和正常培养各阶段都保持稳定水平。钙调素含量的变化则出现高→低→高的变化趋势,同时,本文还对钙调素在细胞功能中的调控作用进行了讨论。Effects of Ca-deficiency on tomato ( Zhehybrid 7 ) leaves and roots during the flowering stage were pressented in this paper Ca-deficiency promoted the senescence first of leaves at bottom then followed by those at top. Accompanying the senescence of leaves, the Blossom-end rot ( BER ) was developed in many tomato fruits. The study indicated that soluble protein and chlorophyll were de-grated faster,and endogenous ABA contents and membrane permeability were higher in the Ca-deficiency leaves than Ca-indeficiency ones. The study also revealed that Ca-deficiency inhibited the forming of a 9kd component of soluble protein in the growing leaves; Or the other hand, a 77kd component remained at the same level in Ca-deficiency or normal culture. CaM was found changing in different stages of Ca-deficiency, which indicated that CaM might involved in the process of growth and senescence of leaves, then modulating the taking place of BER. Calcium deficiency's influence on the protein contents, membrane permeability and ABA contents in tomato roots was also studied, and their relationship with the senescence of leaves, roots and BER were discussed.
