摘　　要：本文介绍了用二维光学多道分析仪（OMA—3, Vidicon System）对轴对称放电等离子体进行空间分辨光谱测量的方法,报道了我们用此方法测量微波感偶低气压等离子体光谱辐射强度,激发温度和亚稳态粒子浓度,以及He-Ne激光器中粒子数布居和粒子数反转空间分布的一些实验结果,讨论了该测量方法的优点及测量中应注意的事项.Spatially resolved spectroscopic measurements method of cylindrically symmetric discharge plasmas with the two dimension Optical Multichannel Analyzer (OMA-3, Vidion System) was discribed. Some experimental results about spatial distributions of emission spectral intensities, excitation temperatures and populatins of metastable atoms in microwave-induced low presure plasmas, and radial distributions of populations and population inversions in a He-Ne laser were given out in this paper.
