改良尿道下裂一期成形术支架管护理临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :为探讨尿道下裂一期成形术支架管改进护理对手术后并发症的影响 ,对惯用传统性抽吸法支架管护理进行改良。方法 :选择尿道下裂一期成形术患者 70例随机分为两组 :一组是传统性支架管抽吸法护理 ;另一组是改良实施冲洗、抽吸滚逼法支架管综合护理 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,两组比较有显著性差异P <0 .0 5。结果 :传统性抽吸支架管分泌物在术后置放支管期间发生感染而致尿瘘明显大于改良支架管系列综合护理 :。结论 :实施改良后置支架管综合护理 ,保持管腔通畅 ,有效防止管腔填塞而继发新尿道感染致尿瘘 ,从而提高手术一期成功率起到确切的效果。Objective:To investigate the influence on the postoperative complication by the modified nursing for the supporting tube in the one-step reconstruction of hypospadias.The conventional nursing method for the drainage-suction supporting tube is modified.Method: 70 cases of hypospadias for one-step reconstruction were randomly classified into two units.one unit to the conventional nursing of supporting tube,the other to the modified nursing for drainage suction of the rotating supporting tube.There's significant difference between the two group(P<0.05).Result: The amount of urinary fistula postoperatively through infection caused by the conventional nursing for the drainage and suction of secretion is much higher than that by the modified all-round nursing method.Conclusion: Not only keeps the tube empty but also prevents the supporting tube from obstruction and come to reduce the urinary fistula caused by infection. P<0.05. It also keeps up the patient’s spiritual mood and play an important role in improving the life quality and make the treatment success.
