摘 要:分析了高能螺旋压力机NPS型离合系统的结构及工作特性 ,推出打击力与油压的静态控制关系 ,指出提高卸压过程动态响应能力的途径。为解决高能螺旋压力机在卸压过程中摩擦功消耗大及最终打击力难以控制等问题 ,研制了一种新型高能螺旋压力机 ,该机离合器按自锁原理设计并通过传感器与液压阀和释放阀的有机配合有效控制打击力。介绍了快卸压高能螺旋压力机的结构特点和工作原理。计算机仿真和样机试验结果说明 ,新机型能够提高螺旋压力机的响应速度和性能。The article analysed the system structure,the operating characteristics and the static relationship between extruded striking force and oil pressure of NPS clutch attributable to high-octane screw press.It indicated a unique approach to improvement of dynamic response in process of press discharge. It intended to develop an original high-octane screw press to solve the problems such as control of final striking force and overmuch friction consumed during the process discharging. The clutch was designed in light of self-locked theory and can effectively control striking force through cooperation of transducer, hydraulic valve and release valve.The article introduced the working principles and the structural characteristics of high-octane screw press with rapid discharge. On the basis of simulation theories and experimental results of sample tests, the article explains that the new-type machine can help to improve response speed and performance of screw press, as well as to provide useful references to optimum design of the clutch system in high-octane screw press.
