埋没导引针在13例单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨唇裂继发鼻畸形矫正手术中简便有效的矫正方法。方法:单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形矫正中,鼻翼塌陷、鼻孔横置、鼻尖上区歪斜是由于鼻翼软骨与鼻背皮肤位置不协调,鼻翼软骨发育不良、下沉,与鼻侧软骨距离增大所致。应用埋没导引针及缝合法在不增加任何切口或在原切口内进针的情况下,使鼻翼软骨、鼻中隔软骨复位、固定、恢复正常的解剖关系。结果:对13例单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形病人进行了矫正,术后效果满意。随访其中5例6个月,效果持久良好。结论:埋没导引针及缝合法在唇裂继发鼻畸形的矫正中,方法简单,效果确定,值得推广应用。Objective: To develop a simple and effective method to treat nasa l secondary deformities in the complete single cleft lip. Methods: It is very impo rtant to reconstruct the normal anatomical structure among the many kinds of abn ormal from nasal cartilages. The buried-guided-suture method was used, without any more incision, to reposition, fix and restoration the normal anatomic struc ture of nasal alar and septal cartilages. Results: Thirteen cases were operated on by buried-guided-suture method. Five cases of this study were traced half y ear after the operation. They all had a satisfactory effect, the others were los t. Conclusion: The buried-guided-suture method is simple and effective, and de serves application in reconstructing normal anatomic structure of nasal secondar y deformities in the complete single cleft lip and it is simple and effective.
