摘　　要：针对昆钢板带工程净环水系统采用污水回用作补充水的特点,进行一系列配方研究及现场试用,筛选出适合高铁、高pH、高Cl-水质的有机磷配方,配合杀生处理工艺,完全能满足腐蚀结垢及微生物控制要求,取得了较好的水处理效果,保证了热轧带钢的正常生产。In the light of the characteristic of sewage used as additional water for the circulating clean water of steel sheet strip of Kunming Iron &Steel Co., the study of a series of formulas and tests in-situ are carried out. The organic phosphorous formula fitting the water containing high iron, high pH and high Cl is developed. The formula and the organisms killing process can meet the needs of corrosion, scales and microbes control, which have obtained better water treatment effect and guaranteed normal production of hot rolling strip steel.
