摘　　要：熟知WTO规则,为我军装备建设发展寻找有利空间;研究了WTO协定法律文本中适用装备建设的有关条款;并阐述了直接适用和间接适用装备建设的WTO条款对装备建设产生的影响.To understand the rules of WTO is to find advantageous space for our equipment construction. The paper studies the provisions in the agreements of WTO, which can be applied to the construction of military equipment, and expounds the influence of the provisions which can be directly or indirectly applied to the construction of military equipment.
