摘　　要：社会主义市场经济体制的建立和不断完善,招标采购方式在装备采购中将逐步得到广泛应用,正对提高装备质量建设产生积极影响;结合政府采购实践,从编制招标文件、测算标底价格、组建评标委员会以及评标等4个方面,分析探讨了我军装备招标采购可能出现的具体问题;提出了建议和措施,供借鉴与参考.According to the foundation and constantly perfecting of social democracy market economy system, inviting public bidding purchase form will be widely applied in the equipment purchase. This will have great influence to the improvment of building the quality of equipment. The paper incorporating with government purchasing practices analyzes some specific possibilities from founding evaluation committee, compiling bidding papers, calculating rock-bottom price, and evaluation, expounds advices and measures for reference.
