调节剂硫醇对高转化率丁苯橡胶性能的影响

摘　　要：研究了4.5万t/a丁苯装置调节剂叔十二碳硫醇(TDM)配方及加入方式对高转化率(68%～72%)丁苯橡胶SBR1500的相对分子质量、门尼粘度、凝胶、微凝胶含量及性能的影响。结果表明,随TDM配方量由92 3%增大到108%,加入次数由2次增加到3次,相对分子质量由35.17×104降低到33.5×104,相对分子质量分布由3.43变为3.34,略微变窄;胶浆门尼粘度由58.0降低到52.1;凝胶、微凝胶含量均有所降低;拉伸强度及25min、35min、50min300%定伸强度均降低0.3MPa以上,而扯断伸长率增大10%。适当提高TDM配方、增加加入次数可减弱转化率提高引起的性能变化,保持SBR性能稳定。The effects of recipe and adding method of mercaptan(TDM) on the relative molecular mass,Mooney viscosity,gel,microgel content and properties of high conversion(68%～72%)SBR were studied.The results showed that when TDM increased from 92% to 108% and adding number of TDM increased from 2 to 3,the relative molecular mass M_w decreased from 3.517×10~5 to 3.35×10~5,the distribution of relative molecular mass M_w/M_n decreased from (3.43) to (3.34),the Mooney viscosity decreased from 55.0 to 52.1,the gel and microgel content decreased 23.5% and 26% respectively,the tensile strength and the modulus at 300% decreased 0.3MPa,the elongation at break increased 10%.The increase of TDM and adding number could improve the properties change from the increase of conversion and keep the properties stablization of SBR.
