摘　　要：分析 2 2例无痛性亚急性甲状腺炎 (PST)病例的临床特征 ,并与同期收治的其他甲状腺毒症的临床表现作一比较 ,结果显示PST是一种自限性疾病 ,应尽早作出正确诊断 ,以避免不适当的治疗。The clinical characteristics of 22 patients with painless subacute thyroiditis (PST) were analysed and compared with other cases with thyrotoxicosis in the same period. The results show that PST is a self-limited diseases. Correct diagnosis should be made as early as possible to avoid inappropriate treatment.
