妊娠高血压综合征患者血雄激素水平的观察

摘　　要：检测妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )患者及正常孕妇血清睾酮 (T)、游离睾酮 (Tf)、硫酸脱氢表雄酮、雌二醇及性激素结合球蛋白的水平。结果显示妊高征组平均动脉压 ,T和Tf 水平明显升高 (均P <0 .0 0 1) ,雄激素 (T和Tf)可能与妊高征的发病机制有关。Serum levels of testosterone (T), free testosterone (T_f), dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate, estradiol and sex hormone binding globulin were measured in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH). Results showed that the levels of T and T_f and mean arterial pressure were significantly higher in the PIH group than those in the control group (all P<0.001). Androgen (T and T_f) seems to be related to the pathogenesis of PIH.
