摘　　要：目的 :应用高频超声观察阴囊内细微结构 ,着重探讨男性附件的声像图表现及分类。方法 :采用Acuson Sequoia- 5 12型超声诊断仪 ,探头频率为 8～ 13MHz。结果 :高频超声可以清楚地显示睾丸附件、附睾附件、睾丸旁体和迷管四种类型。结论 :高频超声对男性附件的诊断具有非常高的准确性 ,可以作为男性附件的常规和首选检查方法。Objective:To study the ultrasonographic features of the scrotal microstructure and discuss the classification of the male appendixes.Methods:We applied high-frequency probe(8～13 MHz) to observe micro-structures in the scrotum.Results:The high-frequency ultrasound could detect the male appendixes clearly in the scrotum,including appendix testis?appendix epididymidis?paradidymis as well the ductuli abberans(Four types).Conclusions:High frequency ultrasound can obviously provide high accuracy in detecting the scrotal micro structures,especially in the diagnosis of acute diseases of the scrotum and help us to find early torsion of the male appendixes instantly.It is really the first choice for routine work and screening of male appendixes.
