云南猪住肉孢子虫的动物感染试验

摘　　要：用大理、昆明、文山等地收集到的含猪住肉孢子虫包囊的生猪肉分别喂给实验猴、猫、犬,感染后第11天、第7天和第10天在猴、猫和犬的粪便中出现孢子囊。3种孢子囊的平均大小分别为13.50μm×10.25μm,11.75μm×9.25μm,13.25μm×10.75μm。从实验猴、猫、犬的粪便中分离收集孢子囊,分别接种给3头断奶仔猪。75天后剖检,在猪的心肌和骨骼肌中发现各种住肉孢子虫的包囊。包囊呈梭状、椭圆形或长椭圆形,并分隔成许多隔室,室中充满新月形缓殖子和卵圆形的母细胞,缓殖子的平均大小分别为10.86μm×5.24μm,10.04μm×4.84μm,11.14μm×5.74μm。结果表明云南有3种猪住肉孢子虫,即猪人住肉孢子虫,猪猫住肉孢子虫和米氏住肉孢子虫。The crude pork containing cysts of swine sarcosporidium collected from Xiaguan, Kunming and Winshan areas were respectively fed the experimental monkeys, cats and dogs. At 11 days, 7 days, and 10 days after infection, the sporocysts were appeared in faeces of monkey, cat and dog. The sporocysts sizes of the three animals averaged 13.50μm×10.25μm, 11.79μm×9.25μm, and 13.25μm×10.75μm. The colleted sporocysts were respectively inoculated three weanling pigs. 75 days later, various cysts of sarcosporidium were found in myocardium and skeletal muscles. The cysts were spindle-shaped, elongated or elliptic, and were divided into many compartments. Which were full of crescent bradyzoites and ovate metrocytes. The average sizes of the three kinds of bradyzoites were 10.86μm×5.24μm, 11.04μm×4.68μm, and 11.11μm×5.74μm. The results showed that there are three species namely S. suihominis, S. porcifelis and S. miescheriana in Yunnan.
