φ100mm硅太阳电池测试台的原理及测试结果分析

摘　　要：本厂从加拿大引进的硅太阳电池生产线全套设备及制作工艺经过消化,吸收和不断改进已正常运行生产。其中,φ100硅太阳电池测试台(CT-100)由于设备专用性强、精度高、置信度大,加上国内没有同样的测试设备供参考,给消化、吸收和全面掌握使用造成了大的困难。经过2年多的研究和实用经验的积累,已解出了设备的软、硬件框图,弄清了CT-100的测试及工作原理。估算出CT-100的置信度为75％以上,相对误差≤±3％。After many improvements and adjusments, now our factory's whols solar cell production line imported from Canada can operate normally.CT-100 SOLAR CELL TESTER AND SORTER is a very specialized equipment.It has a high precision and high creditability.In addition, it is the unique equipment in China.So there were a lot of obstacles in the process of assimilating and mastering the equipment. After two -year's groping,analysis and practice,it can be operated freely and adjusted according to the technology requirement.Through more than two -year's research and experience, block diagrams of the equipment's hardwares and soft-wares have been obtained, Its operation principles have been made clear.Its creditability has been caeulated out as higher than 75% and the precision is within ±3%.
